By accessing or using Philosophizeme ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Philosophizeme is operated by 1028 Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Philosophizeme is an educational philosophy application that provides:

• AI-powered philosophical simulations and compositions using frontier models such as OpenAI
• Educational courses on philosophy and related subjects
• Self-help and personal development content rooted in philosophical principles
• Social features allowing users to connect, follow, and interact with one another

3. Eligibility

Philosophizeme is available to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Philosophizeme only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

6. Social Features & Community Guidelines

Philosophizeme includes social features that allow you to follow other users, share content, and engage with the community. You have full control over your social experience, including the ability to block or unfollow other users at any time. We expect all users to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

7. AI-Generated Content

Philosophizeme uses artificial intelligence, including models from OpenAI and other industry-leading providers, to generate philosophical content, simulations, and educational materials. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional philosophical, psychological, medical, or legal advice. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. Educational Content & Self-Help Materials

Our courses and self-help content are designed for educational enrichment and personal growth. This content is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Philosophizeme—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by 1028 Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Philosophizeme integrates with third-party services including AI providers (such as OpenAI), analytics platforms, and hosting services. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We partner with industry-leading providers to ensure reliability and security.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PHILOSOPHIZEME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1028 LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PHILOSOPHIZEME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1028 Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Philosophizeme after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Philosophizeme at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
